DEXION MAXI BINS

The Maxi system consists of louvered panels, bins, hooks and accessories for handling and storing a wide variety of small parts and components. The wide range of bins sizes allows components to be stored in convenient quantities and to be instantly visible and available for selection.

MAXI BINS

Made from polypropylene in six sizes and in five colours. A specially designed hooking lip on the back of each bin makes it easy to attach them to the louvered panels.

Stock identification cards can be fitted in the label holder on the front of each bin. Maxi bins have sloping fronts to give easy access to the contents when the bins are stacked. Dividers can be fitted to some bin sizes.

FREE STANDING PANELS

Double sided free standing racks are available in a width of 457mm and two heights - 1375mm and 1840mm.

The Starter Rack in a line has 2 Rack Feet as shown and each follow on rack has 1 foot and a panel joining plate.

Rack panels and feet are made from cold rolled mild steel and are finished in APO Grey.

Louvered panels form the backbone of the Maxi Storage System.

They are pressed steel panels designed to be mounted on a wall or the back of a rack and allow all sizes of Maxi Bins to hang in a high density, free configuration. The special lip on the rear of the bin is seated over the louvre of the panel. The bin sits securely on the panel but is easily removed when required.

Panels are made from cold rolled mild steel and are finished in APO Grey. The panels are single sided for fitting to walls, racks or shelf units and are designed to support 68 kg of stock for each 305 height of panel. This is sufficient to hold bins to their fullest capacity when stored at their maximum density on the panels.
